Class One: The Spirit of Play
Learn the fundamentals of improvisation. Build your listening and communication skills, heighten your awareness and re-discover your playfulness. Whether we realize it or not, we can learn to be more spontaneous and flexible.
All activities are played in a fun, safe environment with a supportive team around you – you don’t have to join in with anything you don’t want to but you’ll soon find yourself wanting to leap up and play!

Class Two: The Improvisation Toolkit
This class will focus on developing the skills of scene work; creating characters, using status and body language, mime work and comedy. This class will develop the important improvisation principles of sharing control, listening and stage craft. The Improvisation Toolkit will equip you with the necessary skills to perform anytime, anywhere. We will practice scene work and comedy performance games while having fun and celebrating risk taking.

Class Three: Improv Comedy Performance
An immersive class focusing on all the different short-form improv comedy games: All improv games are about freedom within structure – games involving verbal restrictions, emotional changes, jump and justify, physicality, audience interaction, monologues, film and TV styles. By the end of the course you’ll be ready for your own Improvisation Show as part of a group – in front of a paying audience.
