The challenges of the 21st Century require a new skill set:
“How do we educate our children to take their place in the economies of the 21st century…given that we can’t anticipate what the economy will look like at the end of next week?”

The demands of the new economies will require people who are able to adapt and innovate; in situations where they feel:
- They don’t have enough time
- They don’t have enough information
- They don’t have enough resources
- They have to create something in a very public way…very quickly!!
It sounds a lot like improvisational theatre…
